Mr. Davidson’s area of practice is elder abuse/neglect, medical malpractice, and general business litigation. He has broad experience in prosecuting and defending claims from both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation. He has litigated extensively in state and federal courts and has handled cases in multiple state jurisdictions, federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and non-judicial arbitrations. 

Beginning his legal career in 1991 in corporate law representing both small business and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Davidson’s background has given him particular expertise in addressing the needs of corporate clients and preventing parent company liability and limiting the scope of litigation. His litigation experience has included mass tort, employment, labor, construction defect, medical malpractice, and personal injury law.

Mr. Davidson is a fifth-generation native of Los Angeles and has also lived in the Bay Area, giving him particular familiarity with the legal landscape in California.  In his free time, he is an avid reader, runner, and enjoys volunteer work in his community.
